August Leadership Luncheon

August Leadership Luncheon
Date: Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM (EST)
Topic: Don’t Lose Heart: Finding Strength When Ministry Feels Heavy
Description: Ministry is deeply rewarding, but it can also be demanding. Many leaders carry the weight of caring for others while quietly battling their own feelings of exhaustion, discouragement, loneliness, or uncertainty. If you’ve ever wondered how to keep going when your passion feels depleted and the burdens seem overwhelming, you are not alone. Together, we’ll have an honest conversation about the realities of leadership fatigue and why even faithful, committed leaders can find themselves weary. We’ll explore the stories of biblical leaders who wrestled with fear, discouragement, and burnout, and we will also look at practical ways to move forward when you feel spiritually and emotionally stuck.

Guest Speaker: Amanda Martinsen
