April Leadership Luncheon

April Leadership Luncheon
Date: Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025 at 11:00 AM (EST)
Topic- Start with Me: Ministering in the Messy
Description: Ministry is messy. People carry deep wounds, and their pain can show up in difficult ways. Before we can respond well, we must first understand what we bring to the table—our own experiences, expectations, and triggers. When we recognize how our and others’ past experiences shape behavior, we can respond with safety, connection, and discipleship as modeled by the Trinity. Join Tera for a grace-filled conversation on loving like Jesus in the hard and messy ministry moments.
Speaker: Tera Melber
