Whether you’re a seasoned leader or just getting started, Abound is a time set apart to be refreshed, encouraged, and equipped for the important work of missions and ministry leadership. At WMU NC, we believe no leader should walk alone — and Abound is your opportunity to grow in knowledge, connect with others who share your heart for ministry, and leave empowered to lead with clarity and confidence. Abound is a one-day training designed to help you connect with other leaders, share ideas, and gain insight into new resources that will strengthen your ministry. Whether you’re coming as an individual, with a group, or representing an association, you are welcome! This event is open to anyone seeking to grow in leadership and missions engagement.

During this dynamic one-day event, you’ll experience:

• Meaningful Connections – Engage in conversation and build relationships with fellow leaders from across the state who understand the joys and challenges of ministry leadership.
• Encouragement and Support – Whether your group is thriving, facing struggles, just starting out, or in need of a fresh start, you’ll find encouragement and practical help from others who’ve been there.
• Intentional Idea-Sharing – Learn from one another, swap creative strategies, and discover new ways to reach and disciple women, children, and students through missions groups.
• Relevant Training and Resources – Gain tools and tips for leading in your specific age-level group, launching new ministries, or navigating unique challenges in your church or community.
